12. Fixing Chinese Dishes for Dinner

Here you see the cooks preparing various vegetable dishes for the students. The students have their choice of whatever dish they prefer. Cost is based on, of course, what and how many dishes they choose. Cost to the students average 3 Yuan (36 cents US) per meal. The complex does not operate to make a profit but to break even. Tuition cost for these students range from 3,000 to 4,000 Yuan a year. In US dollars that ranges from $362 to $483 a year.
