11. The Steamed Buns are Ready

Cooking for a thousand people can present some problems. Here two cooks remove a container of steamed buns from the steamer. If you look carefully, you can see them lift three containers of steamed buns. The bottom of each layered containers have multiple holes in to allow steam to freely flow through all of the layers. Each layer has handles to assist people in lifting them.
