8. Student Housing Kitchen

The kitchen facility impressed us with its cleanliness and equipment. The kitchen equipment was the most modern and in a state of the utmost clean condition I have ever seen in a University setting. Each floor has a similar kitchen. All personnel wore uniforms and caps. The ventilation system above the stove helped to keep the hot kitchen cool. Stainless steel tables seemed to abound in this kitchen.
