9. Rolling out the Dough for Rolls

Here the cooks prepare some rolls for the student's dinner. All around the kitchen we saw a lot of impressive modern equipment to assist the kitchen staff. The Chinese often eat what we would call steamed bread. The cooks have rolled out the dough in preparation to make some of these rolls. Cinnamon and spices have been put on the dough before it get rolled up and sliced into the proper size.
