I can't say thank you enough to these guys. As you know, they did all the hard labor such as, bringing equipment and supplies up the trails where no vehicle could travel. Every station needed a lot of these strong men. They were a vital part of the war effort and to the success of every relay site. Notice that this man has bare feet. The tent behind him was our quarters until replaced by the stone and tiled roof structure.
