On January 11th, 1953, Zhang Taofang, who has been enrolled in for no more than two years and together with soldiers of 8 company, 214 Regiment, 24 Corps were assigned to Shang Gan Ling Position. The class where Zhang Taofang belonged was a reinforced one, responsible for No. 5975 Highland frontline, against which is an enemy's command post.
