Step 15, Pressure Can the Soup

This soup requires it to be canned in a pressure canner. Because of the meat and vegetables it will need 75 minutes for quarts at 10 pounds pressure (60 minutes for pints). If you live at altitudes above 1000 feet you need to adjust the pressure for your altitude. Here the needle sits at 10 pounds pressure.
