6 Medium Potatoes
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine (1/2 Cube)
2/3 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 and 1/2 Cups Milk
3 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Dry Bead Crumbs or Flavored Crouitons

This made a 3 quart casserole of Cheesy au Gratin Potatoes.

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project. Make sure each package had enough for what you are cooking.
