Devil's Churn State Park, Oregon Coast

Just south of Yachats - pronounced Yah-hots - you'll find Cape Perpetua. Plan on spending several hours here. First of all, walk down the path to the beach to Devils Churn. It's a long, narrow, deep slice into the rocky coastline. The waves pound into it, churning and frothing like some creature was struggling to get free from the ocean bottom.
