Marinate the Pork

Students have cut the pork into strips. They then marinate the pork in a sauce they have prepared at home. It is May First and a big holiday in China. We have walked to a lake above the University of Xiamen. It is a wonderful sunny and warm day. Everyone is happy to have a day off from school. We are contented to spend a day with our students. They are happy to have a chance to practice their English.
