	Chinese PLA 9th Army Group at the Chosin Reservoir CCF (Communist Chinese Forces) The PLA 9th Army Group Consisted of the 3rd and 4th Field Armies Commander of the 9th Army Group -- General Song Shilun -- 150,000 Men The PLA 3rd Field Army consisted of the following units: 20th Chinese Communist Forces Army 58th Division, 59th Division, 60th Division, 89th Division. 26th Chinese Communist Forces Army 76th Division, 77th Division, 78th Division, 88th Division. 27th Chinese Communist Forces Army 79th Division, 80th Division, 81st Division, 90th Division. The 88th, 89th and 90th Divisions were part of the 30th CCF Army. One each its three divisions assigned to the above CCF Armies.
